Too many cases, too few staff

This is one of those nights I want to run away from home. And I love my home! Work was way frustrating for me.  Just too many surgical cases to get finished in a day.  I just don't understand why these docs schedule so many, work so late then get up at the crack of dawn and do it all again. There just has to be a better way.....
